We suggest you arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This will allow time to arrive at the hotel, check-in with spa reception on the B3 level, and receive a proper tour of our facility. Arriving late will impact your service time as all treatments will end at the originally scheduled time.
